Fantastic contract opportunity for an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant to join a world leading and global consulting firm, working on a major client program.
Within this contract you will be responsible for the following:
- Developing end to end solutions using the best of good industry practise combined with understanding the optionality available within the product.
- Lead the end to end delivery of workstreams, including managing offshore teams in the delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud transformations and business process change.
- Leading client facing meetings and facilitation of workshops with larger groups of client teams
As an Oracle HCM consultant you will be required to have the following experience:
- Experience of implementing at least one module of the Oracle HCM cloud platform
- Expertise in Core HCM module
- Background working as a Functional Consultant, advising and implementing business process changes within HR.
- Demonstrable experience of leading client facing meetings and facilitation of workshops with larger groups of client teams
