Project
An established tier 1 supplier for Capgemini we have been engaged in a multitude of technology sourcing campaigns. Recently the business decided to implement an Atrium Discovery and Dependency Mapping (ADDM) on a global basis across 40 countries as well as providing it as an offering for their client base. In order to do this, they were required to build a professional services team in the team in the UK. We were called upon to assist the business create this function internally. An extremely niche skill set, Berkeley Square IT were the only supplier able to present relevant profiles, in fact, every profile we presented were requested for an interview which resulting in a number of successful hires for Capgemini. Feedback from the client was glowing and we continue to work with the business as the team increases in size.
