Project

International project based in Saudi Arabia. Our client had limited technical resource to deliver what would have been their largest IT project in the Middle East, a large programme of change for the country’s leading Telco. Having worked closely with UK Partners who were driving this international engagement, they asked for our help to bring in expertise, that was not available locally, and that the Uk practice had limited capability in. A team of over 20 contractors was sourced over a period of 2 years, with a blend of skills ranging from Security & Business Continuity, Project & Programme management, Directory Services, Wintel, Test & QA. The team was sourced globally from France, USA, UK, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Dubai & South Africa. We were able to respond quickly to the changing demands of the project, as the technical capabilities changed at set delivery points. This was a specially challenging project, not only due to the skills and numbers of contractors required but also at a time where the region was particularly unstable. We have continued to provide ongoing services to KPMG and are an established tier 1 supplier for both Permanent and Contract in the UK
